Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze raw data: assessing quality, cleansing, structuring for downstream processing

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of proven relevant working experience
  • Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms
  • Proficient in a programming language (Python, Java, SQL)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  • Additional experience in data visualization and/or knowledge of reinforcement learning is a plus

Job Responsibilities

  • Become the subject matter expert in assigned tasks and suggest process improvements
    through efforts such as digitisation and/or automation
  • Assist in day-to-day checking of delivery orders for purchases or sales
  • Assist in scanning of documents for purchase orders/delivery orders
  • Handle accounts payable/receivables/inventory functions
  • Assist to obtain approvals from dept heads on invoices for purchases/billing requests
    before preparing payments/invoices
  • Prepare & enter all billings/payments in the Oracle Accounts Receivables/Payable
    System
  • Perform monthly Accounts Receivables/Payable closing reconciliations for transferring
    to Oracle General Ledger
  • Attend monthly stock take on rotation basis (3 times per year)
  • Process and verify payments/invoices/purchase orders/delivery orders and follow up on
    discrepancies with vendors, customers or sales persons
  • Preparation of balance sheets, inventory and expenses schedules
  • Matching shipments’ billings to suppliers invoices for contra
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent
  • At least 3 year experience in related field
  • Knowledge in Oracle EBS Accounting Module and Hyperion is an advantage
  • Able to work independently, meticulous, positive attitude and a team player
  • Very good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possesses a growth mindset and a curiosity to find out how things work and see the
    bigger picture
  • Proficient in MS Excel

  •  Assist in coordination among sales and operations department to ensure
    satisfaction of customer
  • Coordinate among operations department to gather information for report
    preparation
  • Verify and submit reports timely
  •  File and organize documents
  • Answer phones and attend to general enquires
  • Assist in overtime submission, expense claim submission & leave application for
    operations employee
  • Perform ad-hoc and back-up duties with other administrative staff

Job Requirements

  • At least NITEC/Professional Certificate or Diploma Holders in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a related role
  • Adept in Technology
  • Ability to anticipate needs and is proactive
  • Attention to detail and proficient in time management
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
