Our flagship sustainability product, PanU CarbonCure™ concrete is a sustainable concrete that uses innovative CarbonCure technology to make stronger, greener concrete with recycled carbon dioxide. PanU CarbonCure™ is compatible with all exposure classes and mix designs.
FOR AIRPORTS AND ROADS
PanU CTB® (Cement-Treated Base) is a flexible, stabilised underlayer of special concrete that’s placed below the pavement surface to cushion the impact of heavy loads such as aircraft landings. It reduces wear and tear, and lengthens the lifespan and service intervals of airport runways, taxiways and highway roads.
FOR CONGESTED AND INACCESSIBLE AREAS
PanU SCC™ (Self-Compacting Concrete) flows and spreads easily. It fills any irregular void or formwork uniformly. PanU SCC™ escapes the traditional requirement for noise-pollutive mechanical compactors or vibration. Utilised to create the foundation base for Tanjong Pagar Centre, Singapore’s tallest building, this fluid concrete saves greatly on manpower and time and is most suited for building skyscrapers in congested locations.
FOR RADIATION PROTECTION
PanU Shield® is a high-density concrete containing special raw materials that effectively protect against radiation hazards. It is suitable for healthcare applications such as laboratory buildings, x-ray rooms, proton therapy facilities for cancer treatment, and building nuclear plants.
FOR LOAD-BEARING STRUCTURES AND THERMAL INSULATION
Exceptionally lightweight whilst uncompromising in strength, PanU Lite® is ideal for building upon existing structures without overloading. Changi Airport Terminal 3 is Singapore’s first building to use this structural concrete for its vast high roof, enabling slimmer pillars and spaciousness.
FOR UNDERWATER CASTING
Seemingly waterproof, PanU Watercrete® flows and casts underwater naturally, eliminating the need to pump out water to create airspace, saving time and money. It is suited for waterfront and undersea structures such as bridges, dams, columns and pile caps. An iconic PanU Watercrete project is the Helix Bridge in Singapore.
FOR AESTHETICS AND SAFETY
PanU Colour™ is available in varied colour options for aesthetic, décor and safety-related applications. It can be embellished with decorative stones for aesthetic purposes. Fireproof and requiring minimal maintenance, it’s suitable for marking road and factory paths, carparks, playgrounds and public parks.
A modern concrete marvel, PanU Illuma® allows light to pass through. It has a multitude of eco-friendly, safety, architectural, aesthetic and decor applications. These provide energy-saving benefits and support green building objectives. It is most suited for partitions, safety zones, outdoor installations and even lighting accessories.
An award-winning structural concrete launched in 2007, PanU Green™ uses recycled materials, including eco-friendly cement, whilst also lasting longer and staying stronger than normal concrete. Ideal applications are slabs, columns and walls in foundations and piling, as well as underground or marine structures.
FOR LARGE-VOLUME CASTING
PanU Cool™ is a temperature-controlled concrete that minimises thermal cracking and improves structural durability. It is ideal for the mass-volume casting of underground MRT tunnels and stations and raft foundations for skyscrapers.
FOR QUICK RECOVERY
PanU Rapid® is a special multi-purpose concrete that sets within an hour instead of days. It provides high strength and durability immediately whilst minimising any possibility of cracking. It’s especially convenient for road repairs, airport rigid apron rehabilitation, and taxiways in congested aviation hubs.
FOR LONG DISTANCE PUMPING
PanU Long Pump® has excellent pumpability – as far as 1.2 kilometres for horizontal concrete casting. It can also go as high as 13 storeys vertically. The fast and consistent concrete casting requires less labour in completing concreting tasks.
FOR HIGH-RISE AND COMPLEX BUILDINGS
PanU Hi-Strength™ is a cost-effective solution for skyscrapers and complex structures. It uses less concrete to efficiently support heavy loads. Space is maximised with slimmer beams and columns. Construction time is reduced.
FOR SUPER HIGH LOAD-BEARING STRUCTURES AND HIGH-RISE BUILDINGS
PanU Super High-Strength® is an extremely strong load-bearing concrete with fantastic compressive strength. With less concrete needed for support structures such as columns, walls and beams, it’s a faster, cost-effective option for constructing skyscrapers and long-span bridges.
PanU MIC (Microbial-Influenced Corrosion) concrete is an anti-bacterial concrete with excellent resistance to physical and chemical attacks caused by waste water and acid, especially in sewer tunnels. Useful for deep tunnel sewerage systems; biomass plants and factories; and wastewater treatment plants.
WITH DENSE MICROSTRUCTURE
PanU Dense® concrete has low porosity, excellent durability and high strength. It is suited for underground, marine and ground structures.
FOR ROAD STRUCTURES
With high flexural and tensile strength, PanU Flex™ withstands bending and stretching. It is suitable for road traffic junctions, bridges and earthquake-proof structures. It prevents cracking under great stress – expansion, contraction or pressure from maximum loads.
