Job Responsibilities

  • Lead research teams in our world-class Innovation Centre to innovate and develop special concrete products and construction materials, using the latest technologies
  • Add to and Improve our existing stable of more than 300 concrete products and materials, with future study of the products to balance performance and cost
  • Update and apply cutting-edge technology and new types of raw materials for the development of concrete products
  • Coordinate with operations and sales teams to provide technical support to customers’ sites for excellent customer service
  • Design special concrete products, customized to our customers’ requirements
  • Maintain good working relationships with consultants, customers, and representatives from statutory bodies such as BCA and A*STAR
  • Research and publish technical papers
  • Provide in-house technical training

Job Requirements

  • PhD in Civil or Materials Science Engineering
  • Experience in civil engineering, construction technology, material science, concrete technology and production
  • Familiar with SSEN, ACI, ASTM, and BS/EN standards or specifications for Civil Engineering and concrete
  • Well versed in laboratory tests, relevant standards and specifications
  • A team player who is equipped with good leadership qualities and strong interpersonal skills to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Eager to learn, innovative, and possesses the initiative to acquire new technology and skills

  • Produce fully functional web and mobile applications writing clean code
  • Development, implementation, configuration, support, maintenance and security of IT software and applications

Job Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain hardware and computer peripherals
  • Provide support and technical assistance related to software, hardware and computer systems via chat, email, or phone

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Work at the heart of our Ready-Mixed Concrete operations, world-class Innovation Centre, Command Centre and island-wide batching plants
  • Conduct regular in-house testing to monitor concrete raw materials and product performance, in accordance with international test standards and specifications
  • Assist in all measures relating to product quality control
  • Liaise with customers to ensure deliveries are arranged accurately and production targets are met

Job Requirements

  • Carry out preventive maintenance of plant equipment, machineries, and perform repairs and oil changing
  • Perform hands-on mechanical repair works such as welding and gas cutting of plant equipment and structures
  • Trouble-shoot and rectify issues pertaining to plant machines and equipment on a daily basis

Job Requirements

  • ITE NITEC /Diploma holders in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with customers on concrete orders
  • Batch and dispatch concrete to various job sites
  • Maintain daily production order records
  • Ensure cost control practices in sludge, W2, diesel, concrete recycling and manpower allocation
  • Receive and ensure accurate pumping of various cement, admixtures and diesel at the batching plant
  • In charge of slump and cube making and dispatch to sites accordingly
  • Ensure fairness in assigning daily concrete delivery trips

  • Responsible for the sales activities of a diesel trading business unit.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities according to consumers’ requirements and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

Accounting

  • Perform month-end closing and review a full set of accounts for two high-revenue subsidiaries
  • Coordinate closing activities with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets and General Ledger teams
  • Check unused and expired Cargo Clearance Permits for GST return.
  • Prepare and post monthly journal entries on account payables and inventory
  • Prepare both periodic and ad-hoc closing reports for management
  • Preparation of balance sheets, inventory and expenses schedules
  • Assist in responding to external auditors for yearly audits
  • Attend monthly stock takes at our island wide batching plants on rotational basis
  • Perform monthly Accounts Payable closing reconciliations for transferring to General Ledger

Accounts Payable

  • Lead and coach the Accounts Payable team to complete its duties to a high standard
  • Check, validate, and review both inter-company and external payments
  • Verify new supplier requisition forms and Automated Clearing House applications
  • Assist to weekly consolidate day-to-day checking of delivery orders for purchases
  • Validate and post invoices prepared by Finance Assistants
  • Ensure processing and verifying payments/invoices/purchase orders/delivery orders per payment terms and follow up on discrepancies with vendors, customers or sales persons
  • Review shipments’ billings and suppliers invoices for AP/AR contra position

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy / ACCA or equivalent
  • At least 5 years’ experience in audit and/or corporate accounting role
  • Knowledge in Oracle EBS Accounting Module and Hyperion is an advantage
  • Able to work independently, is meticulous, has a positive attitude, and is a leader

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day checking of delivery orders for purchases or sales
  • Assist in the scanning of documents for purchase and delivery orders
  • Handle accounts payable, receivables, and inventory functions
  • Assist to obtain approvals from dept heads on invoices for purchases and billing requests and subsequently prepare payments and invoices
  • Prepare and enter all billings and payments in the Oracle Accounts Receivables and Payables System
  • Perform monthly Accounts Receivables and Payables’ closing reconciliation for transfer to General Ledger
  • Attend monthly stock take on a rotational basis (3 times per year)
  • Process and verify payments, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery orders and follow up on discrepancies with vendors, customers or salespersons
  • Prepare balance sheets, and inventory and expense schedules
  • Match shipments billings to suppliers’ invoices for contra
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE “O” level / Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent
  • At least 1 years’ experience in a related field
