Job Responsibilities

Health and Safety

• Ensure, administer and comply with safety & health procedures at the project site at all times.
• Ensure all contractors working on the assigned project comply with safety and health procedures at the project site at all times.
• Develop a Method Statement and Risk Assessment for works to be carried out on site. Ensure control measures are implemented to ensure the site is reasonably practicably safe for work to commence.

Technical

• Review and develop technical drawings for assigned projects given by the Facilities Manager.
• Coordinate with Professional Engineer to ensure structures designed are sound and in accordance to specifications and regulations.
• Coordinate with the Professional Engineer to perform the necessary regulatory submission before commencement and after completion of works.
• Verify actual construction is carried out in accordance with design plans.
• Ensure that all facilities are adequately constructed and established according to design plans.

Project Management

• Develop project work schedule and regularly update progress status, changes and matters of concern to the project lead.
• Coordinate works with sub-contractors to ensure that projects are executed effectively within the scheduled timelines.
• Carry out testing and commissioning of the newly erected batching plant site before handing the plant over to the Operations team.
• Perform handover/ takeover of facilities to and from the Operations team.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience in the construction field
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude under tight schedules
• Must possess entry-level technical knowledge of AutoCAD
• Estate management preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct regular testing to monitor concrete raw materials and product performance, in accordance with international test standards and specifications
• Design sustainable concrete and assist our scientists to develop green products with various new concrete technologies
• Assist in all measures related to product quality control
• Conduct project site surveys and attend coordination meetings for delivery and concreting arrangement
• Assess concrete conditions (e.g. surface, temperature) and advise on proper finishing and protection for freshly cast concrete
• Collect and report real-time data to contractors at site; communicate corrective actions when necessary
• Investigate and resolve quality issues at batching plants and customer sites
• Manage fleet operations, ensuring concrete quality awareness among drivers and adopting technology to ensure efficient operations
• Support production control and customer coordination through AiR Digital technology at the Command Center for efficient and reliable operations
• Liaise with suppliers, manage shipment schedules and control stockpile to ensure accurate deliveries and achievement of production targets

• Assist Lab Scientists in assessing the performance of existing concrete products
• Support Lab Scientists in developing new concrete products to meet the needs of our customers
• Be involved in quality control of raw materials, such as cement, aggregate and admixtures
• Work with Technical Manager in conducting statistical analysis on concrete compressive strength
• Occasionally visit construction sites and assist Technical Manager in gathering data/information
• Carry out site investigations related to quality control issues of the concrete or concrete structure

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct walkarounds of building premises to ensure there are no safety hazards

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and ensure accurate pumping of various cement, admixtures and diesel at the batching plant
• Coordinate with customers on concrete orders, cube making and slump checking on site
• Batch and dispatch concrete to various job sites
• Perform various cubes and slump tests according to the project site’s specifications
• Liaise with the lab for quality control through sampling tests
• Attend coordination meetings and prepare for delivery and concreting arrangements
• Assist with mockup testing and installation of monitoring devices on site to monitor concrete quality
• Check concrete conditions (e.g. surface, temperature) and support proper finishing and protection for freshly cast concrete
• Support quality checks, defect identification and repair work at batching plant and customer sites
• Maintain daily production records and ensure accurate entry details on QT card
• Maintain regular communication with batching plants and/or command centre to ensure smooth material delivery

• Design, deploy, and manage network security infrastructures (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, proxies, WAFs, load balancers)
• Define and manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies, roles and MFA configurations

• Ensure all projects are planned and executed safely from commencement to completion.
• Tabulate and report monthly WSH statistics from all business units to the Corporate WSH Secretary.
