Pan-United Shipyard Pte Ltd was incorporated in 1992 as a subsidiary of Pan-United Corporation to operate the shipyard business. It operates from 2 production facilities, Pan-United Shipyard Pte Ltd in Singapore and the other, PT. Pan-United Shipyard Indonesia in Batam, and Indonesian island just south of Singapore.
