		Marine
		Demerger of wholly-owned subsidiary, Pan-United Marine Limited.

		Port
		The Group owns and operates Changshu Xinghua Port, one of the fastest growing river ports in China. Located on the southern bank at about 54 nautical miles from the mouth of the Yangtze River Delta in Jiangsu Province, it handles over 3.0 million tonnes of cargoes annually.

		Shipping
		The shipping group owns and operates a fleet of container ships, tugs and barges specialising in bulk cargos transportation in S.E.Asia and Asia. It also provides ship management and agency services to bulk carriers, container ships and tugboats mainly for tramping vessels.

		Industrial & Trading
		The Industrial group operates a fully automated cement silo in Singapore, importing cement and distributing cement for the local market. It operates a granite quarry in Malaysia which supplies aggregates to the Singapore market. As a vertical integration, it is a leading supplier of ready-mixed concrete and asphalt premix for the Singapore market.
